Where can I find the Super Poke application for Facebook?

Jay 2011-12-29 06:50:00 looks like this is the app.[EMBED_FB] is used to poke people in fun ways.eg. throwing things on people.but reading the comments of users, I think the app is not doing those cool things anymore.personally I do not prefer using fb apps.
