Valheim commands are essentially hidden lines within the game's code that allows players to circumvent the rules.
Cheating. It's called cheating.
Not every player is into survival games. The genre can be rough for those not familiar with its unique brand of fun. Food and sleep are rarely important aspects in RPGs—making the switch more arduous than some would think.
So, for better or worse, Valheim has console commands to make the game much easier to digest.

5 Valheim Commands You Need to Know
Players can open the console by hitting F5. To toggle cheats, they'll need to type in "imacheater" and hit the enter key. No need to close and reopen the console—just the passphrase will do. It goes without saying that the cheats will only work in single-player mode.
1. "help"
While it may not seem the most useful on the surface, the simple "help" command is the core of any other information you may need. Prompting this function gives you an itemized list of all other commands that exist in-game—letting you pick the ones you like the most.
2. "god"
This command lets players feel like the Allfather, himself. Essentially, it enables god mode, making you invulnerable—among other things.
3. "exploremap"
Ever want to see what the world has in store for you? With this command, you can! Toggling "exploremap" removes the fog and allows you to see the entire pre-generated world waiting for you to explore.
4. "heal"
This one is pretty self explanatory. Plugging in the "heal" command heals your character to full health in the blink of an eye.
5. "killall"
Surrounded by mobs you just don't want to handle? This handy function kills all enemies within a set radius, leaving you free to roam about in peace.
