Twisting Corridors WoW Shadowlands Explained
According to Blizzard, "[w]ithin the Twisting Corridors, you’ll face the Jailer’s cruelest henchmen and, should you ascend within, you will be rewarded with special cosmetic rewards including a mount that can be ridden inside the Maw."
New halls have been discovered deep within Torghast.

To access the Twisting Corridors, you need to first complete the story quest Signs of the Lion, given by Bolvar Fordragon in Oribos. From here, you'll have to fight through 18 floors of Torghast's toughest enemies.
There's a catch to the Twisting Corridors: You can't collect Soul Ash, you can't share rewards with a party, and you can only get each achievement once. The rewards are as follows:
Layer 2- Death Seeker – Battle pet
Layer 4- Helm of the Dominated – Toy
Layer 6- Title: Spirestalker
Layer 8- Corridor Creeper – Mount
The highlight reward for completing Twisting Corridors is the Corridor Creeper mount, which can be used in The Maw. You can't normally call mounts in The Maw, so this mount will prove to be extremely useful in this dangerous area.
