5I have been taking these tablets for a few years now with no issues. I started taking the tablets after seeing a documentary about the long term benefits of this particular ingredient. I usually buy 2 bottles and take 2 tablets a day. I enjoy healthy living whilst working in a very demanding job. I enjoy walking the hills in The Lake District (UK). I am 71 years of age and I find these tablets suit me very well.

5 Mixability: Effectiveness:I have type 2 diabetes and this Trans Resveratrol is just great, I only take 1 tablet a day and for me this will give the long term benefits of controlling my blood sugar. My sleep and well being has improved too. Great product and for the price is just amazing, well done.

5 Mixability: Effectiveness:This Trans Resveratrol is the best resveratrol supplement I've tried so far. The tablets are relatively large and 'chalky' in appearance, texture and taste. I wouldn't go for any other cheaper resveratrol supplements. The branding may often depict red grapes, sunny vineyards, etc. but the pills could be derived from Japanese knotweed or at least mixed with it. That's not really desirable, so always read the label! MyProtein Trans Resveratrol is 98% resveratrol from grape skin extract, 2% excipients. I'd personally prefer gelatin capsules to dicalcium phosphate and microcrystalline cellulose but I suppose the veggies must be kept happy. I have been taking two tablets per day (that's 250mg) and within a few days I already feel a general improvement in energy levels and mental/physical alertness.
