My Project

I have been teaching fourth grade for 26 years. For the last four years I have been teaching with the bare minimum. During Covid they asked us to remove many things from our room, then my district began a two year construction project. So, many things have been lost or destroyed while in shipping containers. I was given a budget of $300 this year. That money was spent on a small table and some basic supplies.

I was hoping to create a relaxing reading nook this year for my students.

It will be a place to hold literacy groups where we share the novels we are reading. The requested table and rug will be used for the students to sit back and relax while reading a novel of their choice.
