Hey mustang this definitely seems to be a battery issue. When the phone cannot dectect a battery it flashes the question mark in a circle icon. When the battery is detected the normal charging icon will appear. I have a new battery ordered I hope will fix the problem, unless the connection to the main frame is damaged some how.
