OWL Teams to be Granted Overwatch 2 Beta Access in Two Weeks, According to Report

According to the report, multiple sources have told Dexerto that OWL teams can expect access to the beta within the next two weeks. It's unclear whether that means a beta will be on the way for regular consumers, however.

The 2022 season is set to kick off on May 5, having been delayed from its original April start time. This means that, should the access indeed arrive for teams in the next two weeks, they should have a decent amount of time to prepare. Previously, teams had been practicing on custom-made modes created via the Workshop.
