Secert Merc Foregrip Movement Speed Buff
YouTuber JCODGaming posted a clip on his Twitter showing the difference in movement speed when holding a UZI with and without a Merc Foregrip.
The player posted a side-by-side clip comparing the movement speed. With a timer at the top of the screen, the player sprints to the other side of the map. The base gun took 11.662 seconds to reach the end whilst the Merc Foregrip UZI took 11.345 seconds.
Despite the difference being only a few milliseconds, that little boost could be the difference in a fight. The player claims that the Merc Foregrip provides an additional 3% boost to movement speed.
Skeptical players have asked if it works with other weapons. The player replied saying that it also works on Rifles, LMGs, and SMGs.
Call of Duty and Infinity Ward are yet to comment on this secret movement speed buff. Whether it will be fixed, players can use this buff to run away or surprise an opponent.
