League of Legends' Samira's abilities have been leaked recently by Brazilian streamer,Streamie. While leaks like these have been unreliable in the past, Streamie released accurate information regarding both Lillia and Yone in the past.
Recently, Streamie has reported that Samira, a Noxian marksman, will be League of Legends' 151st champion. Samira will be League of Legends' first AD carry since Aphelios who was released earlier this year. She will carry a dagger and a pistol which implies that she will have both melee and ranged components.

League of Legends Samira Abilities
While there aren't any specific ability leaks, content from both Reddit and Streamie have suggested several features that will be present in Samira's kit. First, Samira's attacks will reportedly alternate between ranged and melee attacks and some have speculated that she will function similarly to Jayce.
Additionally, the leak states that Samira will be able to block damage similarly to Irelia. Samira's ultimate is apparently a "combination of Katarina's, Urgot's and Nunu's dealing massive AoE damage. It also reportedly features a "style meter" which will become larger for every champion Samira hits with her ultimate.
It seems that Samira will be a new type of champion that is less reliant on their support setting up plays for them. She appears to be a fast-paced play maker and figures to be fun to play. While the leak doesn't give any specific information on Samira's release, look out for a teaser over the next month.
