Early Life and Family Background

Richard Anthony Wolf, known as Dick Wolf, was born on December 20, 1946, in New York City, United States. His parents are Marie G. Wolf and George Wolf. His father worked as a construction company executive, while his mother was a homemaker.

Regarding his education, Wolf attended in New York City. He later enrolled at in Andover, Massachusetts, for his high school education. After completing high school, he went on to study at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1969.

During his early years, Wolf initially aspired to be a writer, and he pursued a career in advertising and journalism. However, his interest in storytelling eventually led him to television production, where he achieved immense success with the creation of the "Law & Order" franchise, which has become one of the longest-running and most successful television series in history. Relationships 

Currently, Wolf seems to lead a single life. He has been married three times and has five children from his various relationships. His first marriage was to Susan Scranton in 1968, but the couple divorced in 1983. Together, they have two children, a son named Elliott Wolf and a daughter named Serena Wolf.
