D&D 5E - Character sheet for dummies

The best character sheet I have found, and the one I use, is available here: . It's a form-fillable PDF with built-in options for most backgrounds, autocalculates bonuses, stuff like that. It's also pretty brilliantly versatile if you figure out how to work its macros.

Page 2 has a list of actions you can take, and page 3 has exhaustion, condition summaries, and brief descriptions of different combat rules.

The sheet is designed for use on a mobile device, but there is a button for a desktop version in it. The link above has a few other items from the same creator, too.
