Just use a pyro character's elemental ability, and the Mist Flowers will have warmed up enough for players to safely collect. Amber is a pyro character that character's get for free at the start of the game, so sub her in whenever you need to collect Mist Flowers.
Items That Can be Crafted with Mist Flowers
Mist Flowers are useful to harvest because they're the necessary ingredient in items such as the Frostshield potion and the Frosting Essential Oil. The first nullifies cryo damage taken by enemies by 25 percent for 5 minutes, while the latter increases the player's cryo damage against enemies by 25 percent for 5 minutes. Depending on the foes players will face and the characters in their party, both items are incredibly useful.
