The Summer Games event is back in Overwatch for the third year in a row! This years seasonal skins are some of the best so far. Many of the new skins are featured sports that are played around the world.
All regions and servers are now live with the Summer Games event for players to participate in. The event will run until the end of the month, and as with every event, players will receive one free loot box.
Here are the five best Skins in Overwatch from the 2018 Summer Games.
5. Cabana Ana
Along with the witty name of the skin, Cabana Ana sports a different look from her usual outfits. This skin gives off a much more relaxed vibe, including some big sunglasses and sun hat. Her weapon also features an engraved writing on the side. This skin can be purchased for 3000 credits in game, or obtained from the 2018 Summer Games loot boxes.
4. Fastball Zenyatta
Fastball Zenyatta is the latest legendary skin for the support hero and features him in a baseball outfit. This was one of the skins teased right before the event started. The color contrast of blue and white makes the whole skin pop out. His weapons have been replaced into baseballs and his jersey even has 'Iris' embroidered onto it. Zenyatta's ultimate unfortunately stays the same with nothing changed to that.
3. Lacrosse Roadhog
Roadhog is back with another legendary skin and he's decked out in lacross gear this time. This skin features a full lacross outfit, including the stick. On Roadhog's belly is a fearsome looking pig sitting in the middle, with the words 'Guard' below it. When a player uses his Chain Hook, the chains themselves have been altered as well.
2. Gridironhardt Reinhardt
Gridironhardt Reinhardt has the best weapon change out of all the Summer Skins. This was one of the featured skins teased by Blizzard earlier in the week. Reinhardt's Rocket Hammer has been changed into a golden trophy with the number one engraved on it. The trophy weapon also features little ribbons flowing from the side of it. One feature for this skin is a loud clanking noise when Reinhardt hits an enemy with.
1. Waveracer D.Va
Like all D.Va skins, players are essentially getting a two for one special. This is especially true for legendary quality skins for her. The Waveracer D.Va is no exception this time, and features bright and vibrant colors that fit the summer theme. D.Va herself has her hair tied up with a flower in it. Along with that, she is wearing some heart-shaped sunglasses.
Her light gun has an adorable dolphin on it that players can see when they reload the weapon.
